After years of experience as a researcher and safety culture manager, Teemu Reiman recognized the need for a consultancy that goes beyond surface-level solutions to tackle the complexities of safety culture and leadership. Motivated by a passion for understanding how organizations operate — and how they can fail — the company was established in 2017 to provide actionable insights and tailored strategies that help clients navigate challenges, foster resilience, and create meaningful change.
